Hi, I am Yumna Baqai

I’m here to help you sort through the chaos and make sense of everything, no matter how heavy things feel. Together, we’ll create space for healing and growth, even if you’re unsure where to begin.
With over 6 years of experience working with individuals facing mental health and addiction challenges, along with my own lived experience overcoming mental health struggles, I can truly empathize with what you’re going through. I provide a warm, welcoming space where you can heal at your own pace, using practical tools tailored to you. My educational and professional journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto . Driven by my passion for psychology, I pursued a postgraduate certificate in Addiction and Mental Health from Durham College. I have since gained over six years of experience working with vulnerable individuals facing severe mental health and addiction challenges. During this time, I also completed my M.A. in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University .
