With over 7 years of experience working with individuals facing mental health and addiction challenges, along with my own lived experience overcoming mental health struggles, I can truly empathize with what you’re going through. I provide a warm, welcoming space where you can heal at your own pace, using practical tools tailored to you. My educational and professional journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto. Driven by my passion for psychology, I pursued a postgraduate certificate in Addiction and Mental Health from Durham College. I have since gained over six years of experience working with vulnerable individuals facing severe mental health and addiction challenges. During this time, I also completed my M.A. in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
